How do I find someone's email address?+
Describe who you need in the chat — their role, industry, company or country. FindSend searches its verified B2B database and returns real work email addresses, so you can find email contacts without guessing patterns.
Can I send an email from the same place?+
Yes. Ask FindSend to write the email, review the draft, add the recipient and press Send. Every email is delivered through a verified sending domain, and the send is logged in your account.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. A free account can find 1 verified email and send 1 email every month, with unlimited AI email drafts. Paid plans start at $19 per month for 500 finds and 500 sends, and Growth ($49) adds AI auto-reply to the answers you get.
How many emails can I find and send?+
Free includes 1 find and 1 send per month. Paid plans match finds to sends: Starter $19 gives 500, Growth $49 gives 2,000 with AI auto-reply, Pro $99 gives 5,000, and Agency, Scale, Enterprise and Unlimited go up to 100,000 a month. Whatever we find, we verify and send for you. Limits reset on the first of each month and each account has its own allowance.
What kinds of email can the AI write?+
Cold outreach, follow-ups, warm introductions, partnership and sales pitches, press pitches, newsletters, launch announcements, onboarding and welcome emails, apologies, refunds, invoices and payment reminders, job applications, networking notes, thank-you emails and more — or simply describe the email you want in your own words.
When does AI auto-reply start?+
Growth ($49) and every higher plan include AI auto-reply. You connect a mailbox, write the instructions once, and the AI answers new replies in your voice. Starter and Free keep the AI writer and drafts, but not the automatic replies.
Which plans include the API and MCP server?+
Growth and above. Create a key under Settings → API and MCP, then call the REST API or point any MCP client at /api/mcp. The same monthly find and send allowance applies.
Is there a limit on how many mailboxes I can connect?+
No. Connect as many mailboxes as you need, on any plan. Reading replies works everywhere; automatic answers are included from Growth.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?+
Find and send stop until the first of the next month, or until you upgrade. Nothing is charged automatically and no card is stored.
